Can anyone identify what this part is for? I looked on a vacuum diagram and all I found was "Check valve". I need to know if it's related to the problem I'm having with my rear brakes not working. The picture sucks, I know, but there is a piece of one of the valves missing and it looks like there should be a hose attached.

I have replaced everything on the rear brakes from the hoses back, bled them, and they still don't work. I was wondering if this missing vacuum line affects the brake booster, which may be my problem.
