?? Water pump, bearing

Default ?? Water pump, bearing

I just got this E320 1994 mercedes. My son is working on the fan and belt and radiator. He has found some small pcs in the water pump, I guess where the fan fits into. I assume there is a bearing there, is that correct?? If any9one can help it would be great thks

I dont think its the waterpump, there on the dirivers side of the pump and hole, that had a bearing in it. The bearing came apart. Not sure what that is called. It might b where the fan gets attached to if the fan went there I would need to replace that bearing. Dont know the name of the bearing or the area. It is just to the side of the waterpump. I would of thought that the fan would get attached to the pump. help pls

We think it might b the clutch fan and assembly and tensioner, found some, but not sure what it needs and what comes with the waterpump help pls
