Message is as it states....
Convenience features have been disabled because the state of the battery is below a preset level.
Convenience features are things like being able to move seats with doors open, radio on without ignition, interior lights etc. = Power conservation mode.
The object is to ensure adequate power is available for your next START.
Has the car been "Parked" up for a while or have you been listening to the radio a lot in the garage etc? The kids been playing with the seats?
I suggest you go for a decent drive 20 miles or so and see if the problem clears itself.
If the problem comes back get the garage to see why the battery is being drained.
Alternatively the alternator may not be charging at full power but you don't appear to have the alternator light on.
