VEHICLE FACTORY SPEC

Hi, can i get the factory spec for a 190e 2.6 vin number WDB2010292f827329.

i read somewhere that the russian site cannot handle american mercs...only european based....

I tried my car on the russian site and it came up with nothing, except a few warnings that the car could possible be stolen, or a bad or changed VIN number
