Newbie here.

I have a CLK 320 (new to me today! ) and the dealership (non Merc) has fitted new 225/45 size tyres on all four courners.
Should the rears be larger ? as I've noticedmost of the CLK's I've seen have 255/45 tyres fitted on the rear.
Also, are the Wheels the same width on the motors with the 255 width tyres????

you can have wider tires in the back depending on your off sets. on your car you have the space available to go as big as 275/30/19 in the rear and 235/35/19 in the front.
