Trouble with command center
I just got a 2010 C300 Sport Sedan and trying to download the Phone address book from the cell phone to the phone book in the command center.
I tried all kinds of things, but can’t figure out how to get it to work.
Anyone out there who knows how to go about it?
Any idea and hints are appreciated.
Thanks
Franz

could be your phone also. sometimes there are certain phones that just dont work. does your phone work with the system first? so you have it paired to the MB phone system? at least with the phone I have, my phone will ask me "would you like to send contacts to MB phone system"? then it will work. or supposed to work. sometimes you might have to try several times for success.

Chassis221,
thanks for your reply. Yes, I paired my phone to the MB Phone system and it worked. It did not asked me if I like to send contacts to the MB system.
I entered one phone address manually into the MB system and it works perfectly.
It just would take too long to enter all the addresses manually.
The MB command center asked me to activate the communication on my phone and I don't know what there is to activate. I mean I turned the phone on of course.
So I am confused!
