I bought a GL 450 two weeks ago (US version). I've got technical problem and MB servis in Poland didn' t magane to resolve it. My car is equiped with anti-theft system and Tele Aid. When I arm the alarm and open the door with mechanical key, alarm works not as write at instruction. Lights flashing but car is silent. I think that acive is transport mode but servis never heard about it. They done something in computer and now I have got alarm with signal but I haven't night security ilumination. Option in control "Head lamps delayed shut-off" is turn on. Polish MB servis said mi that in US cars I must choose between night security ilumination or alarm sound. In my opinion it is completly not true. In documentation I read that alarm sound and night safety ilumination should be tougether.
Could you write me is my car have transport mode or what resolve the problem.
