THANKS. IN FACT, IT WILL NOT PASS 100 DEGREES. THE THERMOSTATE WAS CHANGED ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO. THE COOLING FAN IS OK. ANY OTHER IDEAS?

i think that is not normal, you can have a problem in you radiator or in your mano, or in your debreyabre sytem in your fan

I cleaned the radiator and flush out the hose but tell me, what is the normal temperature range either in high temperature day or not. I live in New York area.
Driving in the city during summer months and on the highway.

Gomes, My car usually hovers around 87 degrees C and sometimes goes to 100 degrees C. There are some great products out now to lower the temperature. Try "Water Wetter" by Red Line. also you may have too much antifreeze in your system. should be no more than 50/50.

Water Wetter works most efficiently with 100% water. It's not very effective with a 50/50 mix.

Thank you guys [Buck / Lugnut].
As mentioned in Post #7 above, I live around New York area - if I use Water Wetter with 100% water now that is summer, do I need to change it back to WATER/ANTIFREEZE when winter comes? (~.~)
