Suspension Problem

Default Suspension Problem
I replaced the 2 rear springs on a c180k w203. It was replaced by a Merc Authrised dealer. Now the rear supsension feels more bouncy and I feel every road crack and bump. It is a bit disturbing. What can be done to cut or reduce the bouncing fx?
