my sclass 1995 280 has a boot cd changer the problem is the front speakers do not work (door&dash) i have tried to rewire them from behind the radio but still they do not work any help pls

 

Suggest you consider other options than hot wiring your speakers. In these years MB cars, with rear mounted CDs, etc, the radio head in the dash is just that, a control head. All of the heavy lifting audio work is in black boxes in the trunk. Look into www.alldata.com and join and review your car's audio components and diagnostics. I have had to change out my amplifier already for similar issues. Seek www.radioman.com
on the web for an example of a repair shop who can fix these older MB, etc, audio boxes.

I have a 2001 S600. I have installed a Mikbox and replaced the Timeport with a Motorola E-815. Works great, but the phone conversations come through the rear speakers and the phone rings through the front speaker along with voice commands.

There is a fader for the radio and CD in command com but not the phone. Mik of Mikbox says the mikbox only affects the phone protocals and can't affect the speakers.

Can the speakersbe programed through the STAR computer at the dealership?

According to Mik of Mikbox, the mikbox can only affect phone protocals and not speaker assignment. Still trying to find an answer; how to assign speaker arrangement on a 2001 S600 through the phone system.

There is no speaker fader for the phone, only CD and radio.

Mikbox is working great! Very clear and strong antenna strength.
