my 93 300e AC blower operates randomly could be driving along and will start working. pressing the buttons will cause it to stop working. Any ideas on cause and repair.?

Typicallythe blower regulators fail on these vehicles. they are located under the cowel where the wiper motor is. However the blower motors sometimes fail as well. best bet is to replace the blower motor and regulator together. This will ensure that you wont have to go in a second timeto replacea component that was not changed the first time around.
