2 hopefully easy questions, Does anyone know where to locate/purchase the female seatbelt elastic for the rear seatbelt in a 123 series? it's a wagon.

Also does anyone know how to replace them?

I can't seem to find an snswer to these questions and would very much appreciate any help whatsoever.
