RE: Seat belt warning
Why would you want to disable the warming buzzer in the first place? Don't tell me your not a seatbelt wearer? Shame on you if your not? Leave it alone, it only last as few seconds.
IF YOU DON'T, PLEASE WEAR YOUR BELTS, TAKE MY ADVICE, I WAS IN A TERRIBLE AUTO ACCIDENT (NOT MY FAULT) BACK IN THE 70'S. WENT THRU THE WINDSHIELD, ALMOST DIED. I HAVE WORN SEATBELTS EVERY SINCE.

RE: Seat belt warning
MB Seatbelt buzzer system does not continuously monitor.......at least it is this way in my car. It only bitches during the ignition time. Once you start driving, you can undo the buckle and the bitch shall not scream.
But....if you still seriously want to disable the system...here is the way. It is very simple.
There are two wires that go into the seat-belt buckle receiver end. If you put your buckles on, the circuit is "CLOSED" / "CONNECTED" / "COMPLETE". No bitching, no red lights.
You can simulate this by taking the wires off from the buckle and manually join them. Tape them and you are in business.
