Default Replacement buttons for steering wheel.

I have a 320 clk. And the buttons on the steering wheel used to control the volume and menu have gotten worn down and dirty. Is there any way to replace these buttons? I've asked my MB dealer, and he didn't know of anything. Thanks.

you can get them from the dealer, they are about 200 or 300 dollars for them. you need to remove the airbag to replace them. but otherwise pretty simple. depending on the car you can get one side of the buttons and some you need to buy the pair.
