Default Replaced Battery: Now experienceing problems

Hi all,

I had MBZ Roadside replace my battery yesterday but they must have forgot to sync or reset the onboard computer.

Following items don't work now:

[ul][*]Trunk Lid[*]Turn Signals[*]Wipers[*]Gas Gauge[*]Rear Shade[*]Auto interior lights[/ul]What is the problem? And how can I fix it w/o going into Dealer.

Likely a bad fuse or 2. You can call roadise assistance again and have them patch you directly to the technician who installed the battery. If the tech has a clue, he/she will look up a wiring diagram and point you to the likely source of the . Some service writers are knowledgeable enough to find it for you. If you want to do it yourself, you can find the wiring diagram and use a test light to find the faulty circuit if that is the case.

If you get a new rear sam from a dealer it will be the most recent part number.

Excellent!. The delaer called and said they would replace it free of charge due to the events that lead to it's failure from the Mercedes LockSmith
