I have replaced the battery in my C230 (kompressor 1997 Petrol) and now it runs like a pig! I have followed the instructions in the manual i.e. drive your car at 2500 RPM for 20 mins then let it tick over for about 15 mins using lots of battery power by switching on wipers, heater, moving the steering etc but this does not change the way it runs. If I switch off the ignition then start the car again it ticks over fine, its only when I drive the car does it miss-behave!!!!! any suggestions
