I realize it isn't a recall. However, Mbusa must have sent a flag up on this tire installation. I am just curious whether my wheels will fall off or what. So, what does the TSB tell us?

The TSB is the "flag."
Go to either site I linked above. You should be able to find the TSB there and read it.
If the tires were prone to falling off, then a safety recall would have been issued rather than a TSB.
