I have a 1991 300E Mercedes. I am trying to remove the rear speakers to replace them with new ones. I found some instructions online but I do not understand them. It says I do not need to remove the rear seats or back rest and I can remove the speaker covers with the head rest in the up or down position. I have removed the covers with the head rest in the down position. The next step was to remove the "bills". This is where I got lost.

PLEASE HELP!
