Hello,

I have a 2005 S430. I need pads and rotors. I want to change them myself but I keep running into warnings online and inserts in the brake pad box that says I must disconnect power to the rear brakes with a star diagnostic tool or risk serious injury.

Can some one give me a quick and dirty walk through on changing pads and rotors.
