I am tired of the trunk mounted CD changer in my car. Can I install an after market, in dash, AM/FM/CD player in my 1996 S320? If so, does anyone know where I could purchase one and get installation info?

I 'd go to any stereo installation place and ask them (Circuit City, Best Buy, etc).

 

Not as simple as going to local "big name places". There are direct replacements (plug and play) from Becker which should be the original radio in your car. Ask you questions on the Becker forum. No need to join it. They are very helpful and will tell you what will work the best for you.See the link for info Becker
