Hi Mar, Ihopeyou can help me. I just purchased a 91 mercedes a couple months ago and I ran into a problem today. I was parked facing downhill and coul not get the car to go into reverse. I had to heve it pushed up th hill. I went to my local autobody shop and they checked the transmission fluid and it was full but metallicy. Could this be the problem or is it more serious? Any insight would be appreciated.

I have a problem with my Aux fan, whenever I turn on the car both fans run on what I think is stage three all the time. I supect that it has something to do with a relay or control module. I can't find relays or control mudules to at least have them looked at. I would like to aviod a trip the the dedaler if I could find and replace these parts myself.






My car is a 1994 S500 with 140,000 miles on it. The tranny, blower motor, blower motor regulator, passager side door check and centrel door lock punp were replaced last season.

My radio seems to be working, IE tunes to stations etc, only no sound?
All fuses seem to be ok?

I have a 2000 mercedes S500 and have been experiencing random starting problems that might happen one day then not again for a couple of days. The car sounds like its trying to turn over but can't, I can try an hour later (or longer) then it starts right up as if nothing happened. Now the car is dying while I'm driving it and won't start up for several hours then starts right up but will die if I slow down or come to a stop.

I took my 1998 s420 out of storage this Spring and battery was dead. Now that it's charged up everything works except the fan for heat & ac.
I don't have an owners manual so I thought I'd asked if anyone could let me know where I should check to fix the problem. Thanks in advance.
