Hello, my car has a button for satellite radio but apparently that is all.
What do I need to do to confirm this. What do I need to do to be able
to use the feature. I've heard there is a satellite module?
Thanks, Don

Hi,
I am trying to buy a used W211. The dilemma that I am facing is chosing between E320 and 350. Can anyone tell me what are major differences besides the engine size and a newer transmission? Which engine and year has more problems? Are there any persistent problems on any of these models? All help is greatly apreciated!
Zanks!

I have a question about an 84' 300SD I'm hoping you can help me with. I found what appears to be an ECU under my passenger side floor mats. This module was unplugged and by the looks of the corrosion on the terminals it has been for a while now. I am curious as to the purpose of this ECU and what kind of problems it may have caused being unplugged for this extended period of time?
thank you

Hi!
A little direction would be fantastic. I have a 2005 E500 with an air conditioning problem. It was working 2 days ago, then started blowing warm air. I had a local shop hook up the guages, and the pressures were super high on both the high and low side, like 140 psi. They evacuated the system, it held vacuum fine, and started putting freon back in, until it got to 1.5 pounds, and the pressures were about 82 PSI each side, but it won't take any more freon. Still blowing hot air, and the compressor clutch doesn't sound like it's cycling on. Any ideas? is there a low pressure switch that needs to be bypassed to charge the system, or a climate control reset after a fault was detected? It's getting hot here!
Thanks in advance for your help.

Please help!
I have a 2003 CLK500 with 68,000 miles and when I stop the car and it idles there is a rocking motion (vibration back and forth) that is felt inside the cabin. I took it to the dealer and we have tried replacing the engine mounts, plugs and wires in addition to the gasket that connects the intake manifold to the engine. Although improvements have been felt… the rocking vibrating motion is light but still present. What else could be causing this?
Thanks!

I am looking for a used e320 4matic wagon, for $12k, maybe $14k. Do you have any suggestions about what model years to look for--or avoid? Are there any maintenance issues I should be aware of at certain mileages? A little reading online seems to suggest that I search for an '01 or '02 with a complete service history, and with the lowest miles I can afford. I've been driving Volvos for many years, and am unfamiliar with the Mercedes.
