I have an e420 1995 mb, it has 65000 miles and i haven't missed one single service and it has always been taken care of, a couple of days ago it started giving some problems, and i need help so i have some arguments before taking it to the mechanic:

When it's in neutral the engine revs up and down above the 10 mark on the tacometer
It has trouble accelerating at first and then it accelerates abruptly
It seems to have trouble shifting from second to third and starts like a hiccup until y press the gas further and then it accelerates normal.
When it's hot it seems to resolve itself for moments then it might act up again but not as bad as in the morning.
It just had a transmission fluid and filter change in january.

Any thoughts? help is very much appreciated.
