Hello folks,


I'm trying to install a NTG 2.5 command unit in a Sprinter Van but so far no luck...

I connected the Ubat + & - and used the CAN bus signal from the SRS
unit. Result the unit powers up but the screen stays black, but the backlight cfl is on. No mercedes logo nothing...

Any tech advice from you guy's ?
I got the advice to use the orignal optional Can bus connector cable, but I don't seem to find any connection point in my van.
