I'm hearing a loud groan from my 1970 280SEL when I turn the wheel to the right, usually after I had cranked the wheel a bit to the left (i.e. straightening up after pulling out of parking places, turning into my driveway, etc.). I have the 2.8 6-cyl. engine with power steering. It doesn't happen consistently, just every 3rd or 4th time. Anybody know what's up?

the noise is from the power steering pump? oil is enough?
