the valve covers need to come off and you need to replace the oil crossovertubes. engine not getting proper lubriction. could be something else to but usually with that engine its the crossover tubes.

Default engine noise

Removed and cleaned my oil tubes ,looks good no cracks in tubes or clogs, started motor , noise still there, with stethoscope found noise to loudest at the belt tensioner pulley , took off serpentine belt to isolate noise and it seems to be coming from behind the pulley, which I am thinking is a spun lower bearing,so what is next , can I remove oil pan without to much trouble and look ,and what is kinda money is a rebuild, thanks in advance.

ill post a pic of the oil crossover tubes. you need to remove the camshaft bearing caps to remove the oil crossover tubes. that is a very common issue with that motor. sounds like a valve tap or ticking sound. i guess it could be something else but just letting you know of the normal repairs.
