Just inherited a 1992 Mercedes 300D from my deceased son. He was a MB Master tech. He owned the car for several years and was in the process of repairing/restoring the car when he passed. Over the last couple of years he had purchased a lot of new parts for the car, such as AC parts, front end parts, brakes etc. I have no interest or ability to carry on the restoration and would like to sell the car and the parts to someone who could handle it. My question is, concerning the parts, what is the best way for me to sell these parts.? I do not have many invoices from his purchases, and even the ones I have would probably not be accepted for return to the original company. I plan to call the ones I know about to check on this, but what would you guys suggest is a good way to get rid of these parts. Most are still in the original packaging and have been stored in my enclosed storage building so they are still in excellent condition. Any suggestions much appreciated.
