I have a BMW 540i 1997. The right side mirror unit broke. [the mirror and the housing unit that auto control the mirror].
The cost @ the dealer is around $345.00. Does anybody knows where I can get the 'after market' of this unit. I tried e-bay but no luck.

Thanks SunGuys62. I tried bmw forum and while waiting for anyone to help, I decided to try MB forum. Sometimes, you get people who may have some ideas.

 

Gomes, You're probably not going to find an after-market mirror for your car, IMO. You're best alternative is to call Foreign Car Junkyards and hope you can finda used onethat way. You can try Potomac German, or LQC. Do an internet search for their websites. And thank you for not SCREAMING HELP any more about your BMW
