Navigation cd for '02 c-240

Navigation cd for '02 c-240
I recently purchased my first Mercedes, and I am impressed so far. It is an '02 with the Navigational system in it. The problem is the fact that the cd is still original '02. I am looking for the newest cd for my area, #4. I know I can purchase the entire USA, but only want the one for my area. Please help.
