So I had new tires put on my 1994 C220, the shop said they had a look around the car and my motor mounts were collapsed and my flex discs needed to be replaced. Front flex disc and motor mounts were replaced at 77k, now I'm at 106k. I got under the car and took a picture of these things, the motor mounts look OK to me, flex disc I'm not sure about. I took pictures and posted them here:

Any thoughts? How hard is it to replace the flex disc if this is bad?
