My bluetooth has become unprogrammed. I have tried to re-authorize it but can't seem to figure out how to enter "letter characters" on the command keyboard. Read the manuel..no help. My system started showing "unknown" on the display and while I had the phone turned on,the radio would not work.So, I reset the system and now can't get the phone programmed. I can punch in the authorized numbers but there are also leters and symbols for the authorizatlion section. Would appreciate any feedback.
