A warning for those of you that might load WIS onto a computer that is used for other purposes. Apparently there is a bug where WIS corrupts a file related to JAVA and renders your compuer unable to run Microsoft Money properly, in particular the task of connecting to and downloading fom your bank. A re-install of Money does not correct the problem nor does uninstalling WIS and I have been unable to find a fix. I did not care for WIS anyways and found Mitchell much more useful.

was that the WIS online (EWA net) or the classic version (standalone)?

i haven't use microsoft money since i got no money.[8D]

i agree that the java always cause too much bugs on other applications.

 

Running WIS on my computer, net version. No problems.
Only thing i had to do was to set a manual ip adress in the loopback adapter.
