Mercedes c230 kompressor 6 speed

What would cause my clutch on my c230 kompressor to explode? After driving it less than 24 hours

Hello and welcome to the forum! What condition was the clutch in when you purchased / started driving the car? It seems off that it would just explode without any prior issues.
