Mb 1966 230sl
I recently rescued a "field find" (been siting since 1987) ----A 1966 230SL-----I got a title and it's mostly all there. This will be my fourth W113 restore. Here's the problem:. There is a universal ignition switch partially installed: with four poles the red wire (15) from the car is installed on the Ignition pole: the red wire (30) is installed on the battery pole: the violet wire and the black brown and green wire (50) are installed on the starter solenoid pole: the three wires with orange &green orange &brown and orange &yellow wires (P30) are installed on the accessories pole. The green wire (P) is not installed and there is an orphan brown (ground wire) that's not installed. Can someone tell me if the wires that are installed are on the correct poles and where should the green wire go?
