low idle

low idle

Does anyone knows what could cause for my e 320 to idle low in drive and reverse while idles fine in neutral and park.

Revs in Neutral?
Revs in Drive?
EMS should raise Drive RPM to same as warm Idle RPM.

In drive rpms are aound 550 to 600 while in park/neutral are around 800.It runs fine except when at stop then it idles low and shakes
