Lazy Idle Control Valve

Lazy Idle Control Valve
Hi
The car has been running very well lately but I am now plagued with this ****ling problem with the idling that I can't seem to figure out.
The idle would intermittently drop about 100 rpm or so, barely negligible but when the AC kicks in, the engine would shudder as if the idle control valve is too slow to react (or maybe not reacting at all). When normal the ICV reaction time seems normal with the AC.
1) I cleaned out the IC valve and bench tested it but it seems fine.
2) Problem can come and go with no warning.
3) Seems to be electrically related as sometimes when I restart the car the idle come back to normal.
4) Replaced the OVP
What control the OVP? There are 2 computers that I can see - one is the at the bulkhead and one at the OVP that says Jetronic written at the bottom.
Car is KE4 with no O2 sensor, 1992 124 with 102 engine.
Anyone with ideas on what else to look?[/align]__________________
