I have a leak in the transmission coming from above the pan gasket on the drivers side out of a large bolt with an allen wrench head that is about a 14mm. It leaks while running and for some time after it has been shut off. I think there is an o-ring that needs to be replaced. My question is; Can I turn this bolt out and replace the o-ring? I think the bolt may have something to do with the band adjustments. 1986 300e Thanks!
