Hello. My wife is experiencing an ignition problem with her 2009 Mercedes b200 (Canada). When she puts the key in and tries to start the engine there is periodically no response. No dash lights, no relay sounds or engine start. At other times it seems ok. Have changed batteries in key fob but issue is still there. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.
