It appears I have a electrical ground problem. One headlight suddenly went very dim and turn signal and brights cut the engine.

Can someone post pictures of where I should be looking for a bad ground.

 

Hello and welcome to the forum - I wasn't able to find an electrical diagram of your W210, but I would suggest doing a google search for "w210 wiring diagram" - you'll likely find a lot of images. Hope this helps a bit and best of luck!
