So, being the new driver that I am, I managed to get into my first accident earlier today. I was cruising with my foot off the gas at a gas station, wasn't paying attention, and hit one of those stupid concrete blocks they put up in front of the gas pump. I hit it on the front right, and now that part of the bumper is smashed inward toward the engine. There's no real damage at all, but my bumper is at a very noticable angle now. How do I fix this quickly, or do I have to take it in?

Okay, new information. After looking it over, one of the front bumper shocks is compressed. Is there any way to relieve the tension on it?
