All of a sudden my gas gauge, oil pressure gauge, tachometer, fuel and temperature gauges don't work. I checked the fuses and they seem OK. Are there relays that I should check? If so, where are they located?

i know you are talking about mercedes-benz car, but i don't know what model you are talking about.

I'll have a guess and say it is about a 1986-91 model and that the brake lights aren't working either. If this is correct, find the fuse for this circuit, and actually pull it out to check it. Sometimes, they get a hairline crack through them.

 

It is an '89 Mercedes 300 TE and yes, it was a fuse. Sure enough the brake lights didn't work so I went over the fuses again - it was #5 and after replacing it, things are fine.
