Default Fuel Distributor

I just picked up (from my son-in-law) a 1988 300E that had not been run for the past 10 years. Drained the tank, replaced the screen, replaced the fuel filter. With the fuel pump running and the air flow sensor plate deflected as far as it will deflect, I'm still getting no gas into the injector lines. I do have pressure at the inlet and outlet of the fuel distributor, though I haven't measured it yet to see if it is up to spec.

Is it possible the gas that sat in the fuel distributor for 10 years (and it was nasty) rotted the diaphragm and that this is causing no output into the injector lines?

Any guidance you can provide will be appreciated!
