Default Flashing Headlighs

I'm Hoping someone can help. I have a 86 300E that keeps killing my new battery. I've replaced the alternater so far with no luck. The Headlights will flash on and off when ever they feel like it and I'm wondering if that may be part of the problem. Also when I first get the car started with a new battery some of the accessories won't work like the radio or air. I'm guessing it doesn't have enough power to run these until I get the car warmed up. I just want to find out where this power drain is. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

maybe theres not much power from your battery to support. have you tried asking your dealer about it? you have to work on it. they might quash some of your accessories.

I had similar problem, I removed all fuses and relays from the panel, and disconnected the battery negative cable. then one at a time started replacing the fuses, and touching the neg cable to the battery when I hooked up the fuse that caused the neg cable to spark, I knew where to start looking for the drain.
