I Have 1995 W140 420S which runs OK untill having to slow down behind traffic then won't pick up again and feels like
the engine is missing or running short of fuel.Eventually it cuts out then refuses to restart. The only way to get it restarted is to leave it for about 1 hour then it starts ok.
Would be very grateful for any help.

Hi Rayantonio 1 Thanks for your suggestion do you or anybody else reading this know where the fuel filter is ???
I am at present changing the ignition distributor caps and rotor arms after reading other history of these problems.
Fuel pump relay could be another cause I have read about please does anyone know the location of this.
Regards John T
