2009 MERCEDES BENZ C-300 SPORT W204 3.0


so i was trying trying to diagnose my problem with poor idle. i was probing my MAF sensor connector HARNESS side and I got 12V on my voltmeter. but soon as i moved the probe around it started to smoke and shorted out, so question is did I fry my ECM or is there a fuse or relay? because now I'm obviously not getting 12v to my MAF sensor!!! And NOW getting CODES
PO267 FUEL INJECTOR 3 short circuit to ground
PO264 FUEL INJECTOR 2 circuit low
PO343 THE POSTION SENSOR FOR THE INTAKE CAMSHAFT bank 1 short circuit to positive
P2088 ACTUATOR INTAKE "CAMSHAFT" bank 1 short circuit to positive
P2090 ATLEAST TWO PLUG CONNECTIONS OF THE 02 SENSORS are wrongly connected.

I wasn't getting all these codes until the short at MAF connector.

Someone please point me in the right direction to correct these issues !!!!
