My mate has an S reg E300 Dturbo and is having trouble changing the wiper.....can the whole arm be changed or just the rubber?.....when he lifts the blade away from the glass it only moves an inch and isnt enough to remove the whole lot.....does he just need to be a bit more heavy handed or is there a hidden lever somewhere to enable it to be moved right out?
