Dewll Angle for w123 230

Default Dewll Angle for w123 230
Hi

I'm trying to find the correct dwell angle setting for a 1979 w123 230 with stromberg 175CD carb. Currently it is 50 deg.

Is it changed by turning the screw after removing the dizzy cap and shoving the arm in or out?
