Howdy all!
I've got a 1990 300se .its got a coolant leak.I just took the air cleaner off and found the leak right where the water pump joins the block.looking at my cd rom manual its held on by 2 bolts and a o ring for sealing.thats where I think the leak is.hard to see lots of stuff in the way!I'm a pretty good mechanic on american cars and will atempt to fix the benz myself
would like to ask you guys is it possable for the water pump to be ok and just the o ring needs replacement? that would be a cheap fix!
