Salamat Al. What's the holding tank below the coolant tank? is it another coolant reservoir? I noticed it is filled in by any overflow from the main coolant tank and so is not pressurized.

No. There is another plastic tank directly below this washer fluid reservoir. I think it holds coolant that is expelled from pressurized coolant tank. I just want to know how to empty/clean this holding tank. Salamat.
