Hi,new member,great website!
just bought 190e 1984, 220ooo miles, rough shape
im in montreal, its about 3 degrees f, car cranks well
but just gives muffled atempts at starting,i can start it with cold start fluid
once it starts it runs very rough and stalls at any atempt to give it gas for
first 5 minutes or so,its idle smooths out as it warms up, after 5 mins i can drive away
and car runs ,accelerates well. hot or cold it always idles rough,no problem restarting it if
engine is still warm, ie one or two hours. ive changed cap,rotor plugs,wires,run some ingector cleaner through gas, and sprayed cleaner trough throttle body,
any suggestions what to do next? any help woul be greatly appreceated.
